If wedding bells are in your future, enjoy your special day in our elegant ballroom. We can accommodate any party size. You’ll receive personalized service that centers on you, so you can relax and have the day of your dreams. We offer a variety of menus and services to make your wedding reception a memorable event for you and your guests.

Whether it's a buffet or a table service dinner our friendly, professional staff will guide you as you plan an event that meets all your needs. We offer free wedding reception consultation services and more.

Please call to setup an appointment to tour our facility and speak with one of our staff. The last thing you want to worry about is any detail left out . We'll help make it a memorable day that will last a lifetime.

How to Book Your Event

There are several ways to secure your date and room. For us to guarantee a date and room, we require that a deposit and the Terms & Conditions Contract Agreement be signed.

Call and make an appointment for a free consultation and to visit our facility. During this visit, we will show you the facility layout, discuss your thoughts, ideas, and menu options. To secure the booking, we will ask you to sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement and make your deposit.

If you unable to visit our facility, we can email or fax our floor plan, menus, rates, photos of the facility or a Terms and Conditions Contract Agreement. If you prefer email send your requests to Donna at threeoaksbc@goodwillswfl.org . For your convenience we can accept a deposit using your credit card over the phone.

We want your special day to be memorable. To allow us to guarantee this, we need to receive your signed Terms and Conditions Agreement and deposit at your earliest possible date. By securing your date in advance, you can be assured that your event will be a success and one to be remembered.


Wedding - FAQ’s

At Three Oaks Banquet & Conference Center our staff is happy to create a special wedding package for you, and answer any questions. The following are several frequently asked questions regarding wedding ceremonies and receptions.

What is the maximum capacity of the ballroom?
Our Ballroom can accommodate up to 600 guests for dinner with a band or DJ and dance floor.

Can we book a ceremony only, and not a reception?
Ceremonies are only booked for couples holding their receptions at Three Oaks Banquet & Conference Center.

What if we plan an outdoor ceremony and it rains?
We always hold a backup room inside in case of inclement weather. The client sees the backup space when the tour is conducted by our staff; prior to the events definite confirmation.

Do you allow outside catering?
Three Oaks Banquet & Conference Center provides all of the food and beverages served at the facility.

Can we bring our own wine and champagne?
Three Oaks Banquet & Conference Center provides all alcoholic beverages served on property. Florida Liquor License requires that all alcoholic beverages served on the premise are purchased from the license .

every request. Three Oaks Banquet and Conference Center provides the perfect setting
for your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception.

Three Oaks Banquet facilities offer large banquet
rooms, a spacious courtyard with a lovely fountain, and parking accommodations for up
to six hundred guests. In addition, we are conveniently located
between Fort Myers and Naples .

Whether you are interested in a tantalizing variety of hors d'oeuvres, a bountiful buffet, or an elaborate sit down dinner, our Executive Chef/Manager, Scott Van Aken, will be happy to customize a menu especially for you.
